Design of the place is beautiful, super clean and well equipped. Private jacuzzi and sauna with cozy balcony to cool down. Old school playing arcade machine was very funny :) Beds comfortable. Very nice stuff. Coffee and sandwiches for the morning. Really wonderful place :) we had a great time with my boyfriend.

We liked everything about Au30. Franck and Bertille could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable and charming. We really enjoyed having a sauna within the privacy of the apartment. That was such an unusual feature. The location could not have been more convenient to all the sights we wished to visit in lovely Lille. Both rail stations are in easy walking distance of the apartment, which was important to us as we were able to easily transport our luggage back and forth. The apartment is a few streets away from the main activity of the city, so while convenient, it was very quiet at night. We would not hesitate to stay at Au30 again, or to recommend it to friends.

Great size apartment, lovely big comfortable bed, great bathroom and good tea/coffee making facilities. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and it was lovely to have access to Netflix and arcade machine.

Nice appartment with a wow factor. Clean! Spic znd span! When we entered, the lights were lit in the corners which have an very nice ambient feeling. We did not expect a living and eating room that spacious. Kitchen contains small fridge, small dishwasher. We didn't cook but you could. Jacuzzi and sauna for 2. Terrace is an extra. Good bed. Good isolation: Inside we heard nothing.

Everything. It looks exactly like the picture. The location is walkable to city center. And the owner is flexible. Because we went to another city and back at Lille really late so we wanted to have the key earlier and he let us checkin and get the key earlier. We had the room with sauna and it was great. Everything is clean, looks luxury and sauna was easy to use. We love everything about AU30. Totally recommend, it is worth of your money.

Well this property is stunning! When we arrived 2 hours early, the owner had not only upgraded us to a spa suite but arranged someone to meet us and help us with parking our motorbike. There were rose petals on the bed and the staff couldn’t do enough for us! It was a ten minute walk into town and great location. The bed was the most comfortable and the free arcade machine in the room was an unexpected surprise! Thanks to Frank and his team for an amazing stay, would highly recommend!

Unique property with great touches and well created atmosphere for a romantic break with your loved one. We enjoyed the facilities! Great location, within walking distance from the city centre. The hosts were superb!
